15 Jan 2008 - Hello world!

My dad told me that I gave my mum signal of delivering in 14 Jan 08, 11pm. Even before that, my dad has applied leave on 15 Jan 08, so to bring me and my mum to see Dr. Tan Kok Joo in Penang, as I am supposed to be delivered on 15 Jan 08, based on the calculation of last menstrual on 10 April 2007. However, I have listened many times my dad and mum telling me when I was still "inside", that I should only come out, preferably when daddy is around. That is how it come about.

So, the next moment, my mum gave my dad warning that she is clocking the pain, and it has happened within period of 15 minutes. My dad was laughing for my mum's humour and neglect the "early warning". However, my dad took his own sweet time to bathe and finally see my mum already in pain when he walked out of the bathroom. He knew this is serious. My mum told him this is the second pain within 15 minutes, and the first is 11 minutes away. My dad heart start pumping for adrenalin.

I heard my mum said hospital, and my dad called, and was put to the labour room of Pantain Medical Centre in Bayan Baru, Penang. I also heard that the nurse said something like can proceed to hospital for early checking and if the pain is a "false call", then can go back home. However, my dad told the nurse that we are about 60km away from the hospital (we stayed in Nibong Tebal, close to Parit Buntar). The nurse also worry about the distance thus requested my dad to send me and my mum immediately to hospital. (BTW, I overheard my dad telling my mum that the nurse is Staff Nurse Kala.)
